Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
